alajaro
I just updated my laptop to the new 16-inch MacBook M3 Pro with 18GB RAM, however, Vectorworks 2024 doesn't want to open. It will load for a couple of seconds on and then it closes. I've tried older versions of vwx to see if they would work but no luck... I need to know whether this is an issue with this new machine, if so I'll have to replace it for one that's compatible. Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
I have the 16" M3 Max with a lot more memory than you and VW2024 runs fine. I recommend that you do a clean install of VW. Especially if you previously had an Intel based Mac instead of an M-chip. Quote Link to comment
VIRTUALENVIRONS
This morning, I activated a new 16 inch MacBook Pro 18 GB RAM, etc. At first glance, very impressed. I only loaded VW 2022 and it went quite easy considering I don't have a Vectorworks account or know what that is. Used my wife's Facebook account. Finally Facebook good for something. I will downloaded VW2024 in the new year. Hopefully all will go as smooth. Edited December 22, 2023 by VIRTUALENVIRONS Quote Link to comment
