I wouldn't have it designed that way too, but on the photo, overall it looks quite inviting with the garden work. Do you do only the survey or are contracted for some renovation and changes too ? I waste hours of my life watching restorations on youtube. Motor bikes, cars, Englishmen restoring french , Frenchmen restoring abandoned UK buildings, Americans restoring Portuguese ranches, Dutchmen renovating Italian stone houses ....
