It seems like you can't add an arrowhead to a curved line (spline). It that really the case? Also, I like to use a simple two-line arrowhead, but I like the arrowhead to be drawn with a heavier line than the leader. It looks like I can't do that either?

DK, No, you can't add an arrowhead to a curve. Usually I draw another line at its end and put the head on that. While you can't change the line weight of an arrowhead seperately from its line, you can change the size and angle of the head itself by selecting the line and scrolling to "edit" in the arrowhead box of the constraints palette. You can put arrow heads on curves but they - open arrow heads, don't look the same as an arrow head on a straight line, and they don't seem to be able to be manipulated.

Arrowheads can be added to arcs. My original post is referring to splines (polylines).
