Hoist Pick-up Symbol

Hey,

 

I started creating my own hoist pickup symbol, and they look good enough to represent correct heights and they are found via the Object Info. When starting the project of creating the correct slings and height that we use, I figured I could attach an additional record to provide information on sling length and quantity. So I created a record with fields as number type.

 

 

If I draw the symbols in my drawing directly, I'm able to count and summarize the correct quantity of shackles and steelfexes in the drawing, but if I use the Hoist Object info and select the Truss sling symbol, the worksheet cannot "find" it.

 

 

 

Is it possible to fetch the record of the Truss pick-up symbol?

In the report criteria have you toggled on the subparts option?

yes, I have tried all the options. 🙂 Subparts, with and without parent Symbol, plug-in object on and of.

No, but I have not tried this since this issue. I tried different methods but non really worked as wished. I can give til a go after Christmas.

 

I have a project going on to count all object in one list, that is exportable to our rental software. This requires custom information added to all object one wants countet. And in this area I have struggled a bit. I have got it to work, but it is highly time consuming to apply and to update if one wants to make changes.
