Many people have asked for something to indicate "current sheet" for instance. Perhaps there could be a matrix indicating all current visible elements (class, layer, linked layer, linked file...) and status (vis, grey, snap, modify), sorted by visibility.
The intent: to make it even simpler to see what's going into a particular view / drawing.
