Slab Components Disappearing Below Taper

Hello, just upgraded to Vectorworks 2024 a few days ago and had previously modelled tapered slabs in Vectorworks 2023, with a 2% pitch to the rigid external insulation.  Everything seemed to be fine in VW2023 but I'd noticed in VW2024 that the components below the taper were not appearing, and I have only got them to appear if I change the taper to being the entire slab.  Anyone encountered this?

I have just tested + am seeing the same thing unfortunately...

 

Also I can't seem to be able to edit the valleys: the options are greyed-out

Sure: Slab File for Matt.vwx

 

1. Try to edit valleys to change slope value + you can't.

2. Change to fixed thickness slab + components 2-5 appear; revert to tapered slab + they disappear again.

I'm not sure if this is a known issue but I went ahead and submitted a bug (VB-199339) to make sure.

This issue should be fixed for Vectorworks 2024 Update 1.
