3D Connector Panel Text Fill?

On the linked text fields (Ex: Device Name) on the new 3D connector panels it seems like there is a solid white fill behind the text even if you change that attribute in the device. Is there a way to remove the white fill?

Can you please share a test file showing the issue or a screen recording? My suggestion is that you are probably talking about some linked text and in order to change its attributes you have to change them for the text itself, but I will be able to tell you for sure once I can see what exactly is happening.

I have been changing the fill attribute for the text box in the panel layout edit, but when exiting the panel layout the fill returns. Is there a different way to achieve no fill on the text? Thanks

Hello @acardoza,

 

You can control the attributes of this text by editing the class CC-Panel-Name. If you set the fill there to No Fill it will correctly apply to the text. Anyway, I think that this can be improved, so that the text inside the layout of the panel can have its own non class attributes if set so by the user, so we will think about improving this.
