Find and Modify VW Spotlight

Trying to use the Find and Modify tool to change the class of moving lights and the program quits when I try and select the class I want to move it to.  It happens in 2023 and it happened when I tried it in 2024.

I'll get a bug report opened but in the meantime a potential workaround solution is to use the lighting device autoclassing function in the Spotlight preferences,
This will retroactviely move lighting devices into the class structure you define as soon as you close the preferences

Also try setting the device type field to moving light in the find and modify dialogue
