Vitanaut
How about a wayt to interupt/cancel a rendering operation. More than once I have opted to reboot rather than wait for something to render. Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
On a Mac: [Command+period] = stop current action. It's a generic command common to most applications. Last time I tried it, it worked to do exactly what you are asking. On a PC I have no idea, but I bet there's a similar set of keystrokes that will do the same thing. PLC Mac G4 Quote Link to comment
Hannes
On PC hold down the Esc key until the rendering terminates.I noticed that VW 8 needs longer to abort therendering than VW 9. It depends on file size tooi think and it can last a few seconds. [ 02-15-2002: Message edited by: Hannes ] Quote Link to comment
MikeB
esc also works on a Mac, but you have to hold the esc key until the rendering stops. If you just push it once it will not interrupt the rendering and you then can't use the esc key to stop the rendering. Quote Link to comment
