I wish multiple layers could be moved Up, Down, Top, Bottom. This is an old wish item. When many new layers are created, restacking is still a great big chore because they can only be moved one by one. VW9.0.0/mac

To clarify:

Multiple layers can be selected contiguously with the Shift key held down, and noncontiguously with the Command key held down. However, when either multiple selection is used, the Top, Up, Down, Bottom buttons turn grey! What an irritating tease. And it continues into version 9?
