I wish there's an option to import Autocad layers as groups in Vectorworks -- one class and one layer is fine. This is useful for times when small "drawings" like Elevations or Details are clustered in the ACAD file -- drawings which need to get pasted on separate layers in VW. ACAD people sometimes use layers for pen assignment or whatever, so separation by groups in VW make re-assignment for lineweight still possible. The entire slew of unknown imported classes would be avoided if this new option is available.
