In ProE you can simply tell it to "round" the corner, it then askes what radius you want and shazam! there it is. I am finding it very tedious to create an object just so I can "subtract solid" and that's if it actually works. Trying to subtract a solid that has been swept and filleted has posed some very interesting problems. I usually get a message that says "You have created an object that can not be computed, change your geometry and try again." What if that is the geometry I want? Being able to fillet or radius a 3D object would solve all of my problems.
