speed
I wish you would let me fillet 0" like in AutoCAD. The join command is rather cumbersome. Quote Link to comment
0 MikeB
To join you can use "splash J" on a mac or "control J" on a PC if you just want a 90 degree angle. Good Luck Quote Link to comment
0 FRED JOHNSON
What is "splash j"... however I agree with fillet to "0" per sutocad. fjjRA Quote Link to comment
0 MikeB
Splash is a key on a mac keyboard that is the third key in from the left on the bottom, between the option key and the space bar, it is used to engage several keyboard short cuts. I suppose this is a slang term, I dont know what its really called. PC's use the command key to do the same thing. Quote Link to comment
0 doug shaffer
the 'splash' key is commonly called the 'command' key on a mac. ------------------ d. s h a f f e r a r c h i t e c t Quote Link to comment
0 speed
as I said in my wish message, the JOIN command is cumbersome, in fact it blows. when I need to fillet a bunch of lines, it becomes VERY tedious. Quote Link to comment
0 Guest
Thank you for your suggestion. We here at Nemetschek North America are always attentive to customer suggestions. Over the years the bulk of all improvements to the MiniCad and VectorWorks programs have come from customer requests. This will be entered into our wish list and evaluated by our design team as a potential enhancement for the future. Again, we thank you for your input and continued patronage. Quote Link to comment
