Render Export

I think this is a wish list item. We typically render complex images that take several hours to render on screen. I usually set this up at 5:00 and go home for a few hours and then come back around 9:00 to export the image. It would be great if there was an export command that would make this a one step process. So basically I could have the wireframe on screen and VW would both render and export.

I assume you use VW 8.00?

AFAIK this is possible since

version 8.5

No we use 8.5.2, I haven't found a way to do this, Is there one?

Sorry, maybe i have misundersood your question.

Do you talk about the screen rendering before you export the image?

Of course, it would be VERY fine if we could

choose the render mode at the export dialog

and stay in wireframe at screen.

As a workaround you can press the Esc key if

VW starts to render the screen, then select

'export image' and export your picture.
