VW 2023 - Shaded w/ no colors display some textures in color

Hello,

 

Anyone seeing issue with shaded render in viewport/design layer display some textures in color even if 'colors' option is off...?

 

We started to have this issue just recently...so it was definitely working in SP0, SP1...

VW 2023 SP4.

Yes, I've noticed this issue too. I believe it only occurs with textures that had a Bump shader applied. If the bump isn't important for other renderings, you could remove it from the texture and that'll hopefully fix the issue for this viewport.

It does indeed fix the issue!

Our workaround was to apply multiple Data Vis (class/material based), but it was not same result.

 

Talking about Data Visualisation it would be really really helpful to be able swap whole materials not only texture part as is it right now. I guess thats the item for wish list.

If this was a SLVP, you could also apply Image Effects to the Shaded / RW viewport and turn the Saturation way down to make it greyscale. But it would still have tones of grey, which may not be what you want.
