VW 10 runs slow

Hello, we have following problem:

when working on certain files, VW is slowing down noticeably. Every mouse-command (activate, move etc) is executed after a short delay of apoprox. 1 second. This problem appears only in certain files. Most are not affected.

When "slow" and "normal" files are open at the same time, the problem appears only when working on the "slow" one. The "normal" file has no delay.

We are running VW 10.1.0 on Mac OS 9.2.2

What is this?

You should update to VW 10.5.1 to resolve the problem. You'll need to go to 10.1.2, 10.5.0, then 10.5.1. You may also request a VW 10.5.1 install CD by contacting Customer Service at 888-646-4223 or sales@nemetschek.net.

Are 10.5 files still compatible with version 10.1?

Yes they are compatible.

If you renamed the VW executable or folder, or moved the VW folder after the installation the updaters may not work.

You'll need to reinstall from the original CD and run the updaters.

Another problem appeared: the VectorWorks 10.1.2 Updater does not work. It does not update my VW 10.1

How can i fix that problem?
