Error code

Hi,

Whenever I try to open drawings from my VW files on the desktop I get the message- unexpected error code-10660.

I'm running a mac G3 on osx and have VW10.

Do you have any idea what this is about? I can open files by opening VW and then going to file and open ......in the program.

What version of OS 10 are you using?

What version of VW 10 are you using?

Are these files located on the local machine or a server?

If they are on a server, what type of server do you have?

Do the icons associated with the file look like VW icons or are they a generic icon?

Get info on one of the files and see what the application associated with it is. Make sure it's VW 10.

The os is 10.3.2

VW 10.5.1

My own comp not linked up to any other.

Icons seem generic

example file small 196kb

2 ob in layer

7 in drawing.

Get info on any of the files and select VW as the application. Make sure you select to apply this to all files.

The files aren't associated with VW, which is probably what is causing the problem.
