Ahh the lines at the bottom of each floor - that's what you want to get rid of?

There isn't a way around that.

Well there is, but it's not very pratical for most Architects.

You can draw the exterior wall around the house on one single layer and make the height of the walls that of the height of all floors combined.

The line is a seam between the floors that can't be erased.

It shows up in rendered mode with textures too. Most of the time it can be masked or fit so you can't see the seam, but every now and then the texture shows the truth.

I suppose when you are ready to print, you could export the drwaing to an image editor and get rid of the line.

Can you further describe the vertical corners problem?
