I have run the diagnostics tool and attached is the result Can someone please help me with this, as my students are unable to use Vectorworks at present. In this scenario, there should only be one (license.lic) that is generated when you enter the activation key. Can you revoke the other license files and see if that helps? Hi Joseph, Not sure how to revoke the licence files, is there any chance you could remote to my machine, if I send you a Teams invite or Teamviewer.
