Ed Wachter Posted February 3, 2023 Share Posted February 3, 2023 Hi all. I import PDFs into VW all the time, but not usually with comments added by others using Adobe or Bluebeam. Today I notice that PDFs coming from my structural engineer lose his comments that he's probably adding with Bluebeam. Although I see that if I add comments to a PDF with Adobe Acrobat, those comments appear within VW. The engineer is working on a Windows PC. I am on a Mac. Does anyone know of any rules that affect whether comments survive the import to VW? Thanks, Ed Quote Link to comment
Jonathan Pickup Posted February 3, 2023 Share Posted February 3, 2023 When you import the PDF file, do you have options for importing the annotations or not importing them. The annotations are the comments that have been made. Please see the two attached images. Both are the same PDF file, one with the annotations included, and the other without. 3 Quote Link to comment
