0 Benson Shaw
Looks like you inadvertently set a working plane. Click the drawing into Top/Plan via the menu bar Layer pulldown. if that is not working make a screenshot showing palettes and all the drawing area borders HTH -B Quote Link to comment
0 tdmaine
Thanks that fixed it! importing the DWG changed the working plane. 1 Quote Link to comment
0 Benson Shaw
Glad you found it. I said "Layer" pull down. I meant the Active Plane pull down. -B Quote Link to comment
0 tdmaine
Thanks I have another question? Is there anyway to make the border of the marquee tool a color? Since importing this wacky DWG it's all white so invisible when you draw a box, lasso etc around objects . It works but the behavior doesn't seem normal. Aren't you supposed to see a light box when you select things? Quote Link to comment
0 Benson Shaw
That should be in the VWX Preferences>Interactive Appearances, but I can't find any control for the marquee box. @Anyone know path to change the marquee color? Mine is a light gray border with a light gray transparent fill. You could try changing the Interactive Appearance Setting for General-Background-Top/Plan so that white objects have a difference. I tried wioth a light blue, but it doesn't help very much. Good luck! -B 1 Quote Link to comment
