Editing the Arch standard dimension pref?

I don't think you can edit the defaults.

 

Select the default Arch as the standard.

Click the New... button and name the new standard. This should have all the same settings as the default you had active.

Edit the new standard you just created.

Reassign the Dimensions using the original Arch to the new one. Custom Modification is your friend for this.

Created the New and edited it later replaced the Arch with the new setting.

I created the new standard but it is not consistent. Looks perfect in a 3/16" drawing, not so good in a 3/8" drawing. Now it seems I can't go back, I have to re-set all dims again. Replacing Dim Standards as I did above was not good.

 

Different standards in OIP and the Custom Dimension. Confusing to me.
