Interior Elevation Marker

Hi, is there any way to use an Interior Elevation Marker and give the background of the circle a white fill - and be independent of the fill color that I give the IE marker so that the arrow fills can be black at the same time? 

 

I want to use these markers on my plans and simply allow the IE marker to block the plan content below it, but it just reads right through.

Are you using a Custom Style for the marker?  I just tried creating a new unstyled marker and the circle is filled.

 

 

Try editing the Style and then clicking the Edit Marker Layout button at the bottom of the dialog box and change the circle to a solid fill.
