'Hardscape' element unable to align to top of wall with site modifier tool

Hi everyone,

 

I have created a 'hardscape' element below in green with walls on the right. The 'hardscape' element is now aligning to the bottom of the wall with site modifier tool. How do I align the hardscape element to the top of of the wall instead of bottom?
