Add more Tomcat Truss to VW

We use Tomcat Stacking truss 25 spigot and their 16" ground support system for a lot of our events. The ground support system isn't as big of a deal, but definitely having some sort of stacking truss in VW would seem logical since all their other truss is in the system.

The 16" tower truss / ground support is already in our truss content creation cue,
I've added a request for the stacking truss 25" spigot, but please be aware that there is a massive backlog of truss requests in our system, so it may take some time before content is able deliver the symbols for either type of truss.

The 25" Spigot stacking truss has been completed and will be released in the November 2023 premium library update in the English International version of VW2024. The truss will only have the weights, auto-connect, and magnets setup as Tomcat has told us that they will not be giving us the necessary data to make the Braceworks calculations work.

Just adding that the 16" ground support truss has also been completed and will be released in the November 2023 premium library update. As mentioned above, there will be no Braceworks data.
