Open VW File long window

Hello, I am using VW 2020 on a Mac.  All software is up to date and when I open files from VW, a crazy long window appears that cannot be changed in size horizontally, only vertically.  Please help as it is costing me lots of time to drag the mouse across a number of times before getting to the place I need to be to see the files.  This is a basic thing that should not be happening.   Thanks so much for any help.

When you say "All software is up to date" do you mean you are running macOS 13?

I think that happened already since Monterey or so.

And AFAIK there was a service pack at one point that fixed this.

 

Try to update to latest VW 2020 version.

If you have an older version but searching for updates states that

VW would be up to date, start the VW Updater App directly from

VW's App Folder.

This was due to a change (bug) in the Apple OS.  I don't think a fix will ever be pushed back to VW2020.

 

I believe it was fixed in VW2022SP3.
