Missing library in spotlight

I'm missing the manufacturer library in vectorworks spotlight...

I only have

-lighting instruments.vwx

-vision generic.vwx

-GDTF ressources.vwx

Do I don't look at the right place or is there something that i'm missing in the program setting?

Most of the libraries are delivered on demand from an online server.
First thing to try is to make sure your Resource Manager cache is up to date.
Open the Resource Manager and click on the gear icon.
Select Refresh Libraries.

 

See if your your libraries show correctly now.

If this does not work I recommend contacting technical support directly as you may need to manually clear your Resource Manager cache.

Also, in the Resource Manager make sure you have all the locations turned on using the "button/icons" in the upper right.

 

 

In this case I am showing resourced (left to right) from the Application folder, Workgroup Folder, User Folder, and Cloud Services.  I have the Favorites (star) turned off.

 

With a location turned off you won't see anything from that location.
