Cannot Update Viewport

Hi all,

 

I am having issues updating a front elevation - hidden line viewport. Once I have set up the viewport, It looks as through it is updating and takes quite some time and then stops and the viewport remains as a wireframe with a red frame around it, as if it still needs to be updated.

 

I have been working on VWX for 7 years now and have never come across this issue. The drawing came from a colleague which I then had to make some minor tweaks and he had no issues updating.

 

I have tried playing with settings, deleting and re-importing the viewport, quitting VWX and yet the same problem occurs.

 

Please can someone assist?

@Sylvia sorry you're having an issue updating the HL viewport.  We've made a lot of optimizations with HL rendering for VW2023 which should have helped prevent this.  Would you mind letting me know what build of Vectorworks you're using and direct message me the file so we can take a look?
