Currently the default and unchangeable anchor on an arc, when you want to change the length via the arc-length input box, is the right endpoint. It would be very helpful it you could select the center or the left endpoint as the anchor for changing the arclength. Currently you need to change the length and then rotate the arc back into place if your reference point is not on the right endpoint of the arc.
