Plant tag shoulder doesn't adjust

Does anyone have problems with plant tags in VW2023? the plant tag shoulder on my newly updated VW2023 doesn't want to move where I want it to be - doesn't adjust when dragged to a new position. It only extends the shoulder length but keeps the same pre-set angle. I've tried to check all the settings but can't see anything that's set up differently tan in previous versions of VW I've been using. If I use an old file, i.e. created in older version of VW the plant tags work fine and can be adjusted as I see fit, when I try to select a new plant and add it, the plant tag doesn't adjust. 

Any suggestions how to fix this?

Don’t use 2023 until service pack 3 or later.

I'm not seeing that behavior.  You probably need to change your plant style's tag settings for "approach angle" and "shoulder angle" to by-instance if you wish to change their location and angle.  The default plant insert setting makes it all "by style" which may be locking the control over the shoulder line placement since it is defined "by style".

I'm having the exact same issue! The vertices (?) on the plant tag are not showing, so I can't change the length/width/location of the tag.

I have ticked 'enable tag shoulder line' and 'snap tag to plant centres'

Any help would be greatly appreciated

@B_MancDoes your other post mean that your issue was having the first mode of the Selection Tool, No Interactive Scaling was the problem?  

 

I bet that is the problem.  With the first mode selected, you get no handles on the Plant Tag. In the other two modes you get handles.

As Jeff says have the approach and angle set to 'By Instance'. I had a user this week with the same issue.
