Unfortunately there is no real Exchange but simple one way export.

But I think FBX export from VW to Blender isn't that bad.

Also it has the full control for object organization and such things

like C4D Export has.

I usually prefer to keep VW's full Class/Layer hierarchy.

Just when the project is too complex I may simplify and dump down.

Another option is by IFC into BlenderBIM AddOn.

Geometry and Object organization is great. I am just not yet sure about

Material quality by IFC or by VW IFC export in special.

If you want to exchange/update Materials Blender anyway, IFC may be

an option.

If you want to do all your Viz Settings in Blender and just want to keep the

Model in Blender for Rendering, FBX may be the best option as it will also

bring in Materials, Kameras, Lights, ....

Thx for your answer !

I export in FBX or in COLLADA but the problem is that Blender splits the geometric shapes for me, which is complicated for UV or texturing.
For example, on a basic floor slat (extruded rectangular parallelepiped or created with slab), Blender imports it with many more edges (transverse in this case) than the twelve that make up the object in VWX
