Dave Barnes
So, I've got this lightplot started. I've hung instruments in plan view. When I shift to a right view, the view doesn't fit on the paper. So, I decided to move the paper underneath. When I do that, the electrics revert to some odd plan view that's 90 degrees off and the only way to get it back to the real view is to start from a new template. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. Let me know. Thanks. Dave Quote Link to comment
kacey1
What version of SpotLight are you using? There are some issues with the move page tool in version 8.5.2. I am unable to duplicate the problem with version 9. I am also assuming that your electrics are 2d and 3d symbols, is that correct? Let me know and I'll see if we can figure out what is causing this. ------------------ Kacey Fisher Quality Assurance Specialist Integrated Products Group Nemetschek North America Quote Link to comment
Dave Barnes
Thanks for the quick reply... Yes, I am using 8.5.2. And the electrics are 2d and 3d. And one of the reasons I'm using 8.5.2 is that I'm afraid I'll lose some drawing items if I upgrade to 9. Is there just a bug fix to move the paper? Thanks again. Dave Quote Link to comment
kacey1
There has been a major fix of the move page tool. It no longer affects SpotLight instruments, accessories, etc. You also shouldn't lost any data or information when updating. ------------------ Kacey Fisher Quality Assurance Specialist Integrated Products Group Nemetschek North America Quote Link to comment
