Fasteners tool missing (amongst others).

In the ongoing horror that is 'working with Vectorworks' the latest treat is that my fasteners tool and various others, have vanished. I've searched online and the only help in using nuts and bolts offered by Vectorworks is to click on the fasteners tool, which is the thing that's missing.  I can't be first to experience this, perhaps someone out there has an idea how to get this working again. Thanks in advance. Tim

Make sure you are in the proper workspace, the fastener tool is not part of Fundamentals.

You can create a custom workspace.  The interface isn't great, but it's workable:
