Vectorworks 2023 license disappears for the 2nd time!!

Has anyone else had the same problem?

 

Today is the second time that my licensed version of Vectorworks 2023 (Design Suite & ConnectCAD) loses its license and my license number disappears in the account so all I have left is the one for Vectorworks 2022 and the Vision 2023 & 2022. 

 

This is extremely annoying to say the least especially when it happens in the middle of working on a project!

Thanks @JuanP, I talked to the US tech support team on the phone and I'm waiting to get a resolution. In the meantime, they provided me with an evaluation license so that I can keep working but it's missing ConnectCAD so I'm looking forward to getting this solved.

@Oaktownthis issue should be fixed now. Can you check for your serial number on the Customer Portal and let me know if you are still having problems?
