2023 Keeps crashing

No matter what I am working on or in, landscape area, site model, plants, hardscapes and layers the program keeps crashing. On top of that the plant database is not working and I have to manually have to lunch filemaker to find plants and then figure out away to get them on the design. See attached files. Also very time I lunch VW I get this message that I need to update my libraries. So far tech support has not been very helpful!

I recommend that you run the Updater. 

Click the Advanced Options just over the right end of your serial number.

Choose the Repair option.

 

If that does not solve the probelm the run the Uninstall app and then reinstall VW.

 

If that does not solve the problem, then Quite VW, move your User Folder to the desktop and restart VW. If that solves the problem then there is something corrupted in your User Folder.
