Shortcut for move 3d ctrl alt m stop working

Hello the shortcut for move 3d stop working...

I take a look to the edit workspaces but it looks ok ...

Have you restarted VW? Does the problem repeat immediately after a restart?

Yes it happens  just after restart , in a blank file ... And the shortcut works on my laptop 😉

Two things.  

 

1. Switch to a different workspace and see if the shortcut works there.  If it does, then you may have a corrupt workspace and will want to recreate it.

 

2. If you don't want to recreate the workspace right now, try editing the workspace, removing the shortcut, save the workspace. Then Edit it again and put the shortcut back.

I tried with the default workspace and it happens too ..

Try running the installer app. Click the Advanced Options then choose Repair and see if that fixes it.

 

The next two steps would be to move your User folder and let VW create a new one and see if that solves the problem. If that does not work, then I would uninstall and reinstall VW.

I think I ve found why :  this is the nvidia software who take its shortcut ...

Have heard about this before ? what can I do ? I'll try to desactive that software or shortcut ...

Yes after deleting that shortcut in geforce experience, it works again in vectorworks ...

To avoid shortcut problem you have to "uncheck" in geforce experience
