I did not purchase this direct from NNA. Since SL 9.0.1 is now shipping, when should I expect to see this, and is there anything that I should be doing to assure that this is happening? Guest Posted August 6, 2001 Share Posted August 6, 2001 This goes out to all SPOTLIGHT 8 owners: To receive your free upgrade to SPOTLIGHT 9.0.1, many of which have already been sent out, please call us at (410) 290-5114, and press 2 for sales. Provide them with the necessary information to verify that you indeed purchased SPOLTIGHT 8, and they will get 9 out to you ASAP, charging you the shipping cost only. If you did not purchase 8 from us directly, you will need to register the product; you can do this on the phone. This process includes providing your serial number for verification. Remember, if you own RenderWorks 8 and you wish to use RenderWorks with SPOTLIGHT 9, you will need to pay for that upgrade. The RenderWorks specific features in SPOLTIGHT include the Gobo Projector and the Scene Animator and require this plug-in to operate. The upgrade cost is $95 for one RenderWorks and $65 for each one after that.
