Display LOCALLY stored native VW files on iPad WITHOUT online connection

Folks, I am neither an architect nor a construction engineer, I work in an IT company, and I have to help an architecture office. 

 

They use VW on Windows, current version. Now they start using iPads and want to use them on location, and often their projects are far outside in rural places where you can't even think about online connections for days. 

 

As far as I understand this "Nomad App" it displays VW files that are in the VW cloud, no exceptions. 

 

What can I do? Is there any app by and 3rd party manufacturer that can display native, locally stored VW files own an iPad?

• Not even Nomad can display VW files natively. It can generate VGX or PDF files from a VWX file. VGX files can then be viewed in 3D or AR.
• Files in Nomad can be downloaded/generated ahead of time. But I can't remember if there are scenarios where iPadOS/iOS will remove the local file or not.
