Selling a license between countries is possible?

Hi vectorworks,

hi forum,

 

I was told that I can sell my license between countries.

for example: Germany —> USA

 

is this true?

I got the cost around 250$, 2 years ago.

can somebody update this information?

 

by the way, I am selling spotlight + braceworks English version 2021
