  1. When copying and pasting a Callout from one Sheet to another I would rather it associated itself with the Default Keynote Legend for that Sheet, rather than staying associated with the Keynote Legend on the Sheet it came from.
  2. I'd like to be able to create a callout note that looks like one on the left in the attached screenshot. Perhaps by effectively providing a new "Top" and "Bottom" setting for Horizontal Position? JIRA = VE-97833 and VE-96134
  3. I've been getting more comfortable with Notes manager tool, but there's clearly a lot of improvements that are needed. The thing really frustrating me is this: I often take a series of notes from the database, modify these notes, and then populate a notes legend on my sheet based on the modified notes. This works well when creating the initial callout for a particular modified note. However, I don't see a clear way to "reuse" a modified note via the notes manager. Other than copying and pasting the particular callout annotation, what's the best way to repeatedly use the same callout number/reference as identified in the notes legend? Reusing the actual callout tool (which would be preferred) doesn't seem to provide a path to this. Am I missing something, or is this a wishlist issue? In the notes manager dialogue box, I'd expect to see the list of notes currently active on that sheet as a way to identify a new callout. Even if the notes weren't modified, and can therefore be reused from the master database, it would still be very helpful to see an "active notes" list to speed up selection. Thanks, Matt

    Callout tool Major Bug

Good afternoon everyone, first would like to start off by saying happy new years ! I've been playing around a little bit with the callout tool, however i discovered a bug. I've been trying to create a symbol detail library to reference for standard wall details - and i've recently discovered the callout tool (earlier posts) I really like the feature it has where it can generate a legend for a series of callouts - and then just that legend can be modified for that particular element. But i don't think this tool has been fully developed. The callout tool isn't designed to be inserted into symbols, something ive been trying to do. It loses its properties and generates a separate note for every callout every time it's dropped, something that i don't want to keep fixing all the time. Could anyone please confirm this is the case? Does anyone else think this is a bug?
