  1. I've set a callout class with opacities:- 50% fill and 100% pen ; opacities not linked, graphics attributes to be used at creation. But callouts have both fill and pen opacity 50%. Attribute check boxes for pen opacity are greyed out...anyone experienced similar? Am I missing a setting?
  2. For years, I've been wishing that you could assign different opacities to fill and pen style in a Landscape Area. You can do this with most other objects, but not a landscape area. It would make life a lot simpler as I like drafting with a more transparent fill, while having the pen set to 100%. Basically, I just want to be able to uncheck the "Link Pen Opacity" box in the "Set Opacity" palette.
  3. The attached image has been produced by rendering (OpenGL) the trees in a separate viewport, then adjusting their opacity in an image editor, then combining the background + trees in image editor. Is there any way to achieve this kind of thing in Vectorworks without resorting to an image editor? I've tried using a texture to make the trees transparent but this doesn't give us the flattened overall transparency effect that we can achieve in an image editor. If we had transparency control at the viewport level then I could render the trees in a separate viewport and then simply make that viewport transparent. Or if we could adjust the opacity of the Design Layer that the trees are on perhaps I could do it this way; problem is we appear to have this ability but when I adjust the opacity of that layer and re-render nothing happens.
  4. Is there any ability to control the opacity of the landscape area fill without impacting the it's tag?
