  1. Hi All, I've just taken the plunge to Mojave, and straight off the bat have run into a major issue. Editing text in sheet view is absolutely crippling my system. I'm working in the same file as I was prior to updating to Mojave, on the same system, on the same SP3.1 Vectorworks. The only change is the system update, and it is severely slower since the update. Is this a known issue? I can record some footage showing the slowdown if it helps. Thanks A
  2. Hi, A colleague has updated to Mojave and is working on 2018 SP5. She can no longer edit the title block. Our title blocks are symbols with record formats. When she tries to edit the file locks and she has to restart the program. The workaround is to put a white square over and write on top of it. Not a good solution in the long run. No one else have updated to Mojave because of all the issues she is experiencing. Most projects still run on 2018 not 2019. Ida
  3. Just checking before I push the button. Has VectorWorks 2019 been tested with Apple latest fix for Mojave OS 10.14.5 update?
  4. So, service Pack 3 has been released and I see that the window extents STILL do not move when a line or cursor comes up to the edge of the drawing window. This is a MAJOR issue and this should have been resolved by now. I am running the latest MacOS (Mojave). Yeah, if you wiggle the cursor just right at just the right place, one MIGHT get the window to scroll along.... Note this is about working within the drawing window, not using scroll bars. Can someone advise when this will be fixed? Cheers, BW
  5. Hi, After upgrading to Mojave the project I am working on have had an enormous increase in crashes. Also on just the simplest operations. Just choosing a different layer can cause the file to crash/lock. Trying to edit a title block causes the program to lock. We are now considering moving the project from 2018 to 2019. Just want to known if it's recommended to move a project from 2018 to 2019? What do we need to be aware of? The main file is an 190MB project sharing file. And we have a detail file that is 20MB also a project sharing file. We are also working in full BIM so if there is a chance that we will loose IFC tags on a lot of objects, its a bit of a problem. Will there be another SP for 2018 that will fix some of the compatibility problems with Mojave? Before upgrading to Mojave we did not have the same issues. There is a lot of frustration on using VW at the moment a specially with complex BIM. We are all pretty good VW users in the office and been happy with the program until this dark period with crashes an Mojave happened. It has come to the point that we are considering to change program. Ida
  6. Hi, We have upgraded to Mojave and started to have big issues with project sharing, VW 2018 SP6 The workaround is to work with regular VW files instead of project sharing. This is time consuming and really annoying when you are on deadlines. Ida
  7. Hello All, Every time I select a single wall object, I get eternal rainbow wheel / application not responding and I have to force quit. If I marquee-select two or more walls, it's fine. Or if I marquee-select one wall and any other object, it's fine. But click-selecting one individual wall crashes me every time, no matter the file (even the extremely simple file uploaded below). -Yesterday I un-installed and re-installed VWX 2019 (so Vectorworks is up to date, with all service packs installed) -Mojave is up to date (osx 10.14.2, see attached system info) I understand that most of the bugs are Apple bugs and not VWX bugs. But even after this upgrade yesterday, I'm still having the same problem. And I'm not seeing any threads on here discussing it. Any ideas? Thanks, Brandon VWX test file.vwx iMac - B.
