Hello, I've tried several ways to contact Vectorworks sales or my distributor with no succes, so I will try an open forum. I need to grant acces to unlimited version of Vision. According to this post I believe VSS member should have the acces not to four universes, as I do now (Vision Plus), but to all possible parameters GMA3 Viz-Key is willing to unlock (250 000 parameters). It is vital to a project I'm working on, so please, reach out to me via message or e-mail. Thanks

My educational license is about to expire. When I try to login to extend my license, the login page says that my username or password is incorrect. When I try to get my username or password sent to my through my email, even though the system recognize my email is linked to an account, the email does not show up in my inbox. Checked everywhere including spam... Anyone else having issues login in?

Hi vectorworks, hi forum, I was told that I can sell my license between countries. for example: Germany —> USA is this true? I got the cost around 250$, 2 years ago. can somebody update this information? by the way, I am selling spotlight + braceworks English version 2021 -
I have been working with a pro license for over 10yrs (currently 2019 cloud version.) I need to produce a rep light plot for a college summer theatre program that can be accessed & updated by a grad assistant using a student license. What is the best way to go about this in order to not screw up my own pro software? I don't really mind having the 'educational watermark' all over my drawings for this particular gig ....I'm kinda over that! Thanks in advance!

Hello everyone, I've finally got a work computer and I can't activate my copy of Vectorworks 2019 because of my license code was used on too many other computers. I used to have a external and nomad install of macOS which made me re-activate the software again on every new computer, and probably used many activation allowances. Now I'm finally settled with a personal and a work computer. Is there a way to change the license code and/or reset the activation count? I'll make sure to keep it on my machines only in the future. Thank you very much!

I learnt to use Vectorworks (Landmark) at college as part of my design course. Now that I'm upgrading to the non-student version, I would like to use the classes that I developed over the past 2 years in VW2019 (Student License). When I try to import classes through the New Class function, I get: This file is not in the format used by the application version you are running, so the file cannot be used. Anyone with any bright ideas of what I should do? Or even if I can? I don't know if I can go through developing all my specific classes again.😬

Attempting to reenter the workforce independently as an Interior Designer and would love to jump back into Vectorworks. Looking for a single Vectorworks license for use on a Mac; ANY release. Happy to use VW2014 or similar to keep costs down as its just for a bit of private work (have used VW2014 at a practice for many years). I have a trial version of VW2014 installed, just need the license now. UK based. Thanks. -
