  1. Im getting the following error for update my account for the 2022 'We're sorry, but something went wrong. We've been notified about this issue and we'll take a look at it shortly.'
  2. Hi All, I have had a brief look on the forum but have been unable to find a similar issue as having been identified or resolved - apologies if i've missed it and am duplicating. Since updating to SP4 (yesterday) i've had the following error message appear when trying to download a symbol from the resource library. It applies to ANY resource which is available to me but not downloaded. I've tried a few simple fixes (library refresh, restarts etc.) but not a fresh install as I'm on the road at the moment and that's not really an option for me. Anyone else experienced and managed to resolve this issue? Any assistance would be appreicated! I'm logged in as the (only user) Admin on my computer, and running a 2016 MacBook Pro, 2.9GhZ Core i7, 16 GB Ram, Radeon Pro 460, fully updated. Error message reads as follows: Vectorworks was unable to download the online resources from the (XXXXX.vwx). Verify that you have write access to the application libraries folder and try again. (Random resource download attempt screen grab of the error attached too) Thanks in advance!
  3. Hi, I currently have a student account for VW, I've got licences for 2016, 2017 and 2018 on there, along with valid proof of enrollment. However, I can't for the life of me get a licence for VW2019. I've tried multiple different links for the free trial and the learn more link for students and educators, and it just takes me to the home page of https://student.myvectorworks.net/home Is anyone able to help? Thanks, Ben.
  4. I would love for the Resource Manager to be 'active' in the way that - whilst downloading textures, symbols & other items - I can still scroll up and down within the Resource Manager to see about other units. - At the moment the Resource Manager 'freezes' and prioritises the download. - Only once the item is finished downloading the Resource Manager 'frees' up and lets me work and scroll. - Being able to do both at the same time would very much increase the overall work-flow. A solution to this is much appreciated. Cheers, Grethe
  5. Hi, I have an a inquiry regarding the files used to present the "render for success" series seminar. Are these files available to us? Or vectorworks select users? Edit : I found it, they are under the first introduction video. At least this issue is also recorded here...
