All, I am working on a two story residence, and not using Organization > Design Layers > Story to rely upon heights as this is a fairly simple drawing. Instead, I am using the OIP to set the conditions of the component with Layer Height / Elevation. Here's where I'm encountering an issue. Regardless of what I set the "layer cut plane to in height", I cannot get the second story 'FF-SecondFloor" to display correctly in Top/Plan mode. I have just upgraded to vwx2021 from vwx2020. Drawings with reference markers now show red 'ears' near the marker, but only on screen. They don't seem to print out. Why? How can I get rid of them please?

Display scale of 'Page-based Symbol' all over the shop

We have a few page-based symbols we created in previous version (VW2018) and have since converted to VW2019. The symbols don't appear in 'Sheet Layer' view, nor can we see it inside 'viewport annotation'. But they appear when we print the sheet. Frustrating.
