I have a project that is using referenced files and I'm trying to use Data Visualisation in the target file to display visual information from both the active target file and the referenced file together on both the design layer viewport and the target files sheet layers (as this "main" file is where the sheet layers are published from) Interestingly, this all works fine when the data visualisation 'display criteria' is based on the Objects using Parameter or Objects using Function , but not Objects using Record, which makes me think it's something to do with the record information not being transferred/linked between the referenced files. Does anyone know if this is a supported feature and I'm missing a setting somewhere? Or is this not supported? Prerequisites: All files are the same version (VW 2025 update 2.1) Both files have the same Record Formats and Data Visualisation present in the document Both referenced files are located in the same folder on the same drive All other referencing features are working as expected Data Visualisation is working perfectly in both files independently I have tried starting two completely blank files, referenced them, and setting up the same process from scratch with the same results

I am setting up a 10 storey building with 2 different apartment types copied multiple times across each floor. I currently have one main model including external walls and party walls and stairs, and a separate model containing the two apartment type layouts. The apartment types are then referenced into the main model using Design Layer Viewports. My question is how do I make the internal walls of the flat types attach or relate directly and parametrically to the external walls of the main model?
