In our workflow we create our Details in another file, we reference/link the file which has the overal design, and then draw our details according to the sections/plans/views. But since we made the step to create 3D designs we have run into a problem. There is, as far as I know, no way to place a section of the 3D model (one that will update as time goes on) onto a design layer so we can reference this in our other file. In the same way we cannot place a viewport onto the design layer that will update. Would anyone know a workaround or way to be able to reference a section cut in the 2D space? Thank you in advance.

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible to have one row data tag of 2d/3d Symbol in Resource Manager that half of it is not a hyperlink an the other is a hyperlink Like that Data Tags Not hyperlink: Hyperlink For now, I have to please Hyper links in another row to have this effect like PL, EN below If I have Hyper link after regular tekst in one row, the whole row becomes to be a hyperlink Any ideas, any clues?

Improve 2D and add 3D constraints

Vectorworks has 2D constraints which could be very useful if they would work reliably/predictably. Unfortunately they don't so I'd like to see at least the 2D constraints to be improved to a good level and also to add 3D constraints as there too they can be very useful to have. A program that has good 2D/3D constraints that work predictably and reliably, and allows for multiple constraints to work in unison, that you could look at for the kind of constraints implementation is Bricscad. Their constraints work nicely, though even in Bricscad some combinations may take some trial and error depending on the complexity. Briscad's 3D kernel is a direct modeling kernel similar to Parasolid kernel in VW which will hopefully make it useful for comparison.
