Jonathan knows VW inside out, is an architect and writes all the VW manuals for NZ. Every month you are supplied with a manual covering various topics, i.e. 'how to do' stuff. It's also helpful when upgrading your VW version. Your are able to ask for certain topics to be dealt with in an upcoming month. For me personally this was/is money well spent.
