I think it is a good way to do that, it is pretty easy process

How do I control the visibility of classes in a viewport directed to a design layer object which is a referenced drawing? I am not able to see the classes in that reference drawing. The alternative would be to go into the design layer and turn that class off by selecting the referenced item but I am wandering if I would loose that visibility in other viewports which refer to the same object. Maybe I could copy this reference to another layer and work from there; would that add a lot of memory to my file size? I am not sure what the best approach is, please advise . In the image below I would like to not see the plywood in the bracket detail

I think this was resolved with 2020 but it is showing up in 2021. Is there a solution to these items formatting? The second line of text overlaps the symbol

@Andy Broomell This does not seem to be working though, I do not see the new marker in following files, that would seem to be easily included in the vectorworks standards options

I understand and I do that right now but it would be great not to have to look in a past drawing but to have it available in the list of markers.

@Sebastiaan Devos @Sebastiaan Devos Just spoke with tech at VW and we lowered the mesh of the imported geometry from Sketchup (symbol 3D edit, modify, simplify mesh by 75%) and we lowered the 2D conversion to low. It seems to make a difference. maybe you can try that, good luck

so many issues still to be resolved, dispearing 3D objects (ghosted), at least crashes once a day if not more and reset of backup timer setup. Please fix these ASAP and issue a new SP Thank you

@Sebastiaan Devos this is exactly what I am experiencing, another of the frustrating issues with 2021. I don't get why VW does not create a testing group before releasing their updates! I guess they have to be on a schedule. another discussion

I noticed the the backup timer is reset to 0 at time. not sure when but very annoying as 2021 crashes quite often, so frustrating please fix it

if you can use a texture associated with a pattern ( textures with RT at the end of the name in the resource browser) and associate this texture to your roof in the texture tab of the OIP, the roof will show with a hatch in hidden line elevation and in plan

It is 3Dgeometry ghosted if I click in the empty space i can select it and go inside the the solid substraction it will show up when I closed the edit Getting lots of crashes also 2021
