  1. I talked with VW support and this is how we solved the problem: Remove any classes in your viewport on the sheet layer that contain viewports. This embedded reference really messes with the PC version of VW. Next, duplicate the Viewport. Now, turn everything else off except for the content of your referenced viewport. Turn on any viewport class(es) on this new viewport which you turned off on the original. This way you may have, for example, one viewport with the architectural drawings, and one with your lighting instruments. This layered approach to viewports on sheet layers seems to be a temporary fix until a patch is released. The support team is aware of the problem and working on it, from what they told me.
  2. I am having trouble getting the glass texture to pick up light. I would like a piece of glass to appear side-lit by a lighting instrument, but it doesn't seem to pick up the light. Is there a way I can tweak some settings to get the glass to pick up more of the light? I am creating a sconce, and I would like to give the effect that the light is being emitted through the glass.
  3. I am trying adjust the placement of labels on instruments. In the model, I select a fixture and attempt to move a single label. Only one grabbing point exists for two seperate labels. When I attempt to move this point, both of the labels stack on top of one another. In Label Legend Manager, There are two seperate labels specified with two seperate loci and settings. Why would this occur? How can I fix this problem?
